Feature of the equipment

1.The milling chamber designed with cone shape makes the abrasive medium get high energy at the entry of material inputting.So the material can be milled strongly once the material enters the chamber,the milling result is better than the straight-shapd sand mill.Though it is the single jacket cooling,the designers reasonably treat the relationship among the inner diameter of milling chamber,outer diameter of dispersing disc and the RPM of thickness main shaft .So the equipment has the advantages of low temperature and high efficiency of dispersion.

2. The separating type dynamic disperser made of powder alloy has the advantages of self-cleaning, high viscosity without blocking up and super wearing resistance.

3. WST series sand mills mechanical sealing is imported. The surface of dynamic or static rings is made of carbonized tungsten.. And the o-ring is made of Teflon which can bear the corrosion caused by strong solvent and can work for long time.

4. For the special requirements from the clients, much material can be chosen for the WST horizontal bead mills grinding cylinder and dispersing disc, such as zirconium oxide, compound material, etc. They have the features of solvent-proof, zero pollution and high wearing resistance.
